City of Robinson Street Department

The City of Robinson Street Department is accepting applications for a Full Time “Laborer/Operator” until March 01, 2017 at 12:00 PM. The job requires graduation from high school or GED and at least 1 year experience in construction and building maintenance work, operation of construction equipment and/or construction of street and drainage related projects, buildings, grounds, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License and be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois CDL license. Must also have and maintain an acceptable driving record. Must be able to use hand tools and read simple blueprints and schematics. Must possess trade skills in one or more of the following: Backhoe operator, carpentry, masonry, electrical or street construction and drainage systems. This is a full-time union position and will provide a minimum of 40 hours a week and will include call-out duties. The benefits associated with this position are prescribed in the contract between the Union and the City of Robinson. City of Robinson Seasonal/Part-Time/Temporary Summer Help

The City of Robinson is seeking individuals for Seasonal/Part-Time/Temporary Summer help for the Park, Pool, and Deer Run departments.  Applications may be obtained at the Robinson City Hall, 300 S. Lincoln Street, Robinson, IL 62454; Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 am through 4:00 pm.  Applications are also available here: park application
