City’s yard waste SPRING Clean-up dates: April 29-May 3, 2024
Republic SPRING Clean-up dates: May 6-10, 2024
City’s yard waste FALL Clean-up dates: October 21-25, 2024
Republic FALL Clean-up dates: October 28-November 1, 2024
UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 – PER REPUBLIC SERVICES
EFFECTIVE UPON YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED CITY CLEANUP, REPUBLIC WILL NO LONGER SERVICE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN A WEATHERPROOF CONTAINER. THIS CHANGE IS NECESSARY DUE TO RESIDENTS PLACING MATERIALS IN PAPER BAGS OR CARDBOARD BOXES.
Republic will not pickup the following during spring/fall cleanup.
- Tires
- Liquid paint
- Flammable material
- Appliances/Televisions/Computers
- Air conditioners
- Hazardous materials
- Propane tanks
- Batteries
- Yard Waste/Tree Limbs
- Construction Materials
Carpet must be cut in 4 foot sections to be picked up.
ALL mattresses must be wrapped in plastic and sealed or they will not be accepted.
Appliance disposal – Painter Salvage (812-886-5309) in Vincennes, IN has a drop off service for appliances. map and address
D&M Salvage (618-421-1423) in Robinson will collect appliances and scrap metal.
